Declined Payment

If a client's payment declines on their due date, we will immediately notify them via email and provide instructions on how to resolve the issue. They will have a grace period of 5 business days to update their payment information and make a successful payment. If the payment issue is not resolved by the end of the grace period, their policy will be cancelled. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we are happy to work with our clients to find a solution that works for them.
